End-User License Agreement

TL Portraitz Booking — a Lam Group LTD internal application. Last updated: April 23, 2026.

This End-User License Agreement (Agreement) is entered into between Lam Group LTD (the Company, operating as TL Portraitz, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada) and the individual authorized staff member (You) who has been granted access to the TL Portraitz Booking application (the Software). By signing in to the Software, You agree to the terms below.

1. Internal use only

The Software is provided solely for the Company's internal business use. Access is granted to Company staff authorized by the Core Admin. The Software is not offered to the general public, is not available in any app marketplace, and is not licensed for use by anyone outside the Company.

2. Grant of license

The Company grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software during the term of Your employment or authorized engagement with the Company, solely for tasks related to the Company's photography studio operations (booking sessions, issuing invoices, managing project deliverables, and related studio workflows).

3. Connected services

The Software integrates with third-party services that the Company maintains accounts with, including Intuit QuickBooks Online for creating and sending invoices on behalf of the Company; Google Firebase for authentication and storage of Company data; Cloudflare R2 for secure storage of photography session media files; and Calengoo for keeping booking records in sync with the Company's scheduling calendar. Your use of the Software's connected-service features is subject to each service provider's own terms. The Software transmits data to these services only to the extent required to deliver its intended functionality.

4. Restrictions

You shall not: copy, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise share the Software or any part of it with anyone outside the Company; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except to the extent permitted by applicable Canadian law; use the Software to process data that does not belong to the Company or its photography clients; attempt to access roles, permissions, or data beyond those assigned to Your account; or remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the Software.

5. Ownership and client data

The Software, including all source code, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Lam Group LTD. Client records, booking records, invoices, photographs, and related data entered into the Software belong to the Company and its photography clients. You shall treat all such data as confidential, access it only as needed to perform Your assigned duties, and shall not share, export, or retain copies of such data outside the Software without the Company's written authorization.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically when Your employment or authorized engagement with the Company ends, or if the Company or the Core Admin revokes Your access. Upon termination, You shall stop using the Software and delete any locally stored copies.

7. Warranty and liability

The Software is provided as-is and as-available without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Software.

8. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Alberta. The Company may update this Agreement from time to time; the current version is always posted at this URL.
