Here is a little background story of our lovely couple. They met through mutual friends, and the bride, Ann, is from Edmonton, while her now-husband, Huy, is from Seattle. Although they were in a long-distance relationship, they made sure to visit each other frequently, and their love continued to grow stronger.
The bride came to us to capture her wedding day, and we were more than happy to oblige! As her big day approached, we were with her every step of the way, from taking her casual and beautiful engagement photos in Edmonton, to the moment she flew to Seattle and walked down the aisle to say "I do," and through the end of the night as she celebrated with her family and friends at the reception.
On the morning of the wedding, my wife Jackie did the makeup for the bride and her bridal party, ensuring that everyone looked flawless. The bride's makeup was a soft, peachy glam that was perfect for brides who want to look youthful and romantic. Our time with them went smoothly, and we were able to capture many beautiful getting-ready photos of both the bride's and groom's sides. The bride's son captured our hearts with his smile and happiness for his mom, helping her straighten her dress and get ready for the ceremony. He was such a lovely young man!
Seattle is a lovely city, and it also happens to be the birthplace of coffee giant Starbucks, where the company opened its first shop. Since Starbucks is my favorite place to grab coffee every day, it was nice to drive by their founding location at Pike Place Market. I was really hoping to grab a coffee there, but the line was far longer than I expected. With so little time on hand, I wasn't able to get my coffee. However, I will attempt to do so on my next visit!
Now, I will be sharing photos of Ann and Huy's Seattle wedding! First off is the engagement photos, outdoor and indoor.
And now, the moment you all been waiting for... Seattle wedding scenes!
Thank you for reading!
